To Run a Report on a Project(s)

Use the Reports panel to run out-of-the-box or custom reports. A report can include multiple projects.

From the Reports panel, select Reports link.
The Reports window opens.
From the All categories drop down, select the category for the report you want to run.
From the Actual quantity trending drop down, select the type of report you want to run.
From the Project drop down, turn on the project for which you want to run the report.
From the Work package type drop down, select the type.
From the drop down, select the work package on which you want to run the report. If you want to include all, turn on (Select All).
Use the calendar pop-ups to fill the Previous period and Current period fields.
Click View Report.
Some of the reports need additional information so depending on the report you select, other drop downs may display. Make your selection in these fields. The Display view of the report opens.
Click Print View to get a printable version of the report.
